Essential responsibilities Participate in the design of plans, preliminary estimations and details with the use of the guidelines for the projects Responsible for design calculations as well as to ensure plans that are within the guidelines, and other regulations. Maintain relationships with clients and also establish relationships with clients, determine their needs, explain technical details, concepts or study results. Produce statements of quantities Prepare budget assessment Verify and complete RFP s estimates etc. Supervise the work of Technicians and Draftspersons appointed to the project.
