Beautiful Creamy white Berkeley Hall Collection sofa & chair is in great condition. Its tags show it was well-built in Hickory, North Carolina at the Berkeley factory, and is Scotch-guarded. The fabric is polyester that feels like a comfortable brushed cotton. The set was $4,000 when purchased new 3 years ago and has only been out of storage for four months. This is a Pet-free, smoke-free home. We are anxious to move the set from our little bungalow to put a smaller sofa in its place, so if this is the perfect set for your space, please come and check it out.
